It's Dr. Dolittle time!
Regarding an article from Pets Magazine called 'Reading Minds; A special insight into animal telepathy'. What I read is that anyone can understand and even communicate with their domestic pets if they have enough sensitvity and experience. ' The answer is in honouring that animals can understand you and your words. When you respect their intelligence this way, they're more likely to respond to you and show that they understand.
